Shipping policy

- We only offer international shipping for bulk orders. For domestic orders, we ship from our fulfillment center located in the state of Washington to anywhere within the United States, your order will be fulfilled in the most efficient way possible.

- Yes, we provide a tracking number as soon as the item ships. If you have multiple items in your order, we may ship them separately and provide separate tracking numbers for each item.

- Sometimes the tracking information may take 2-3 business days to update. If you can't track your order, please try again later.

- Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days of payment. If you have multiple items in your order, we may ship them separately.

- Domestic shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days. Special items may have carrier delays, resulting in delivery times of 1-2 weeks (US) and 2-3 weeks (CA, UK & AU). Delivery times vary for other countries and may be affected by customs processing times.

- Please contact us within 4 hours if you need to change an incorrect shipping address. We may not be able to change it once this time frame has passed.
